I might have played 9...Be7 instead of 9...Bd7.
After 14.Kb1 my Shredder7.ctg and Fritz7.ctg have another move in their books,
14...Nd7, probably based on the game Ciemniak-Krakops, Berlin, 1995:

Another later game also plays 14...Nd7 as found in the CB online database:

One of my junkbases has another game, which continues with 14...Rc8 instead:

Analysis of 3 lines by Shredder704.eng, to 17/17, about 36 minutes, infinite
analysis mode:
1. ³ (-0.26): 14...Rc8 15.Qe1 Qc7
2. = (-0.23): 14...Qc7 15.Nb3 Rc8
3. = (-0.05): 14...Qb8 15.Rg1 d5 [concatenated]
It would seem to require lengthier analysis to determine whether 14...Nd7,
14...Rc8, or 14...Qc7 is actually the best move.
After 14.Kb1 Rc8 15.g4 the Fritz7.ctg and other sources still have a move in
their databases, 15...Nd7, but Shredder7.ctg doesn't. Shredder704.eng selects
15...d5, although 15...Nd7 appears to be a reasonable 2nd choice so longer
analysis is needed to be sure. In any case 15...d5 puts us into completely new
territory (out of book) insofar as I'm aware, so only the engine can comment
further.
The bad move may be 17...0-0 castling into an attack. My Shredder704.eng prefers
other moves after a few minutes in infinite analysis mode:
Analysis of 3 lines by Shredder704.eng, to 15/15, about 5 minutes, infinite
analysis mode:
1. = (0.12): 17...Qc7 18.h4 Nc5
2. = (0.12): 17...Nc5 18.f5 Qc7
3. = (0.21): 17...b4 18.h4 Qc7 [concatenated]
So I presume that the time control was just a little too fast for Shredder to
find the best moves. The fast rate of play which you're using introduces a large
random element, i.e. "luck" often determines the outcome.
