I am assuming the photos and credits are different in the editions from different publishers. The Italian edition of volume one is supposeed to have the most elaborate plates particularly of the Steinitz era. but the price from Italy was too high with a weak dollar, when I visited the online Il Due Torre store in Bologna. Plisetsky chose some great pix in Vol 2 of the Russian edition. One plate I particularly enjoy shows Fischer playing Botvinnik at 1962 Olympiad. Let me know if it is included in the Brit version.
