Lets first define what a book should make:

1. Give a good position for the program. Good position means a position that the
program can play well or with an advantage which the program does understand.
2. Do not give positions where the program is in trouble or has a big
disadvantage. This is not so easy to avoid totally as in a tournament there are
a lot of good book makers. To keep this into consideration is a must in order to
be realistic.

So, this means that the book maker is part of the team in the winning like in
the losing of a tournament.
I mean it is a team work, so not only the programmer is winning, but all the
people in the team.
Of course someone may will contribute more, but that is not important.
The goal is to win.

Can we say that a shoulder is more important that a leg or the other way around?
Menenio Agrippa made a famous speach more than 2000 years ago on this
matter...if you know Rome history...
