The agreement will be with the first person who commits to showing up with a
program. First person with a compiled instance of the program that runs gets the
first shot at it.

And it would be highly unlikely that 100 programmers would make the voyage, but
should they show up, I would give the money to the program with the best score
against Gothic Vortex.
