This is of course move 37 from the DB-Kasparov game 2, where DB played Be4. IIRC, this is where Kasparov said something like: "Only a few strong GMs would try Be4." Alas, I am away from my machine for a few days, so I cannot repost the exact data yet. It was something like: Depth 17, Qb6 found to draw, Be4 was evaluated at +.17. Search time: ~600(?) minutes at 50% CPU time. This is using a Crafty modified to have higher king-safety values [attempt to make it slightly more DB-like in that respect]. This position and also the position after "36. Qb6" will continued to be searched at 50% CPU time each for the next few days. Hopefully 37. Be4 stays the best move (and increases in eval), and 36. Qb6 xxx will have a large score drop. We'll just have to see what happens. Jeremiah
