I want to thank you for taking the time to explain to me how I ought to complain about you in the future. Perhaps you might post this as a FAQ at your website or in your e-mails. If you could, please, won't you document a case against yourself as well? I would do it myself, but I am afraid that I might spill my beer on the keyboard laughing.
