Summary:

1. Slightly higher score for Bishop Pair with a few or no pawns.

2. Pawn push entensions are appliable to the 5th, 6th and 8th ranks if the
side that is moving a pawn has no other pieces. The 7th rank is covered by
normal crafty.

3. A few lines of code to disallow nullmove usage in certain cases.

4. More agressive time usage - will use more of the clock in the initial phases
of the game. I have found that when playing games at 40/2hours - Crafty often
has an hour of time left after first time control. IMO, that is way too much
time to leave on the table. I also decrease the time reserve saftey net.

FYI, using the command krafty <personality name> automatically turns on SE code.
 You can also try this sequence in crafty.rc:

This will play Crafty with original code and just the evaluation changes built
in the krafty command.

==============================================

krafty <personality name>
SE off
<other options>
exit
<blank space>
=============================================

Or you can try this. This will play normal crafty evalautions (pieces,
kingsafety etc) with the SE code enabled (with the code mentioned at the top of
this post e.g. more agressive time usage etc.:

==============================================

krafty standard
SE on
<other options>
exit
<blank space>
=============================================

Effectively with 32 built in personalities, you actually have 64 - the krafty
levels (32) time SE on/off = 64

Best,

Michael
