Yes. There are two programs out there.

Suspicion 1.0

You need to run this one first, especially if you know your opponent. If it is
someone you hose regularly at the local club, then they become a resident master
of every variation of the Sicilian when you face them online, Suspicion 1.0 will
alert you to this.

Common Sense (many difference versions, but stay away from the "beta" version.)

This can be used in conjunction with, or separate from, Suspicion 1.0. If you
opponent is sending responses at the same exact rate to the point you can set
the atomic clock by it, and each of these moves occur more slowly than a simple
click of ONE mouse, Common Sense will take over and start beeping non-stop.
