you obviously dont understand rating systems properly if you answer that.

if all opponents in SSDF have athlon 1.2ghz, and shredder gets 2800 rating, its
rating is the program and _not_ the CPU. The fact that its one rating pool, and
they all have the same CPU, you cant draw any conclusions about the CPU - and
you definately cant draw any conclusions as to how these ratings compare outside
the pool, to other fast computers, or humans, or FIDE.

if all programs in SSDF had dual xeon 2.8ghz, they would all speed up, and
shredder will probably only still get 2800.
