Hi Has anyone had any trouble running Chessmaster 4000 using a cyrix chip. I have the cyrix233 and have been expierencing problems, which I believe are caused by my chip overheating. Specifically after I have run chessmaster for hours I notice my mouse will compleltely go dead, or funtion slugishly. Also I am getting messages saying that there is insufficient memory to run America online. Last but not least My computer failed to reboot for an entire day , and then miraculously started functioning again. I checked for viruses and this was negative. I notice I experience these problems only after prolonged use of CM4000. Perhaps CM is more hard on a chip then any other program? Just guessing ofcourse! Any information anyone can provide on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
