The CM9_Blitz settings have not yet been published: will be
done after the end of this tournament provided we are of the
opinion that it's good enough. And maybe that Ruffian 1.0.5
is replaced by Ruffian 2.0.0 but the time control 15m+10s
may not favour the latest version.
