I was thinking along the same lines - I think if he skipped the month of October
it would have helped , lost almost 50 points in th a month alone , which is
huge....

Fischer is considered inactive, but he must be paying his dues or they would not
list him at all I believe. In the database, all inactives have an "i" next to
their name.
