Almost agreed, except one engine: The King. I've never seen Chessmaster
5000/5500/6000/7000/8000/9000 to announce a "Mate in X" while it is a
"Mate in X+N" N>0.
Of course many times it announces a "Mate in X" while it is a "Mate in X-N" N>0
but this is normal.
