Jasmine,

I agree that Chess Tiger is an enjoyable opponent to play against, and I respect
Mr. Theron and the work he does. I have a copy of Chess Tiger 15
(non-Chessbase) using the Chess Partner GUI, and I also have CT for Palm (I
enjoy that too, and greatly look forward to Hiarcs 9 for Palm). I love my
Chessbase GUI and the programs I play on it, including Fritz 8 and Hiarcs 9,
etc, and I would also like my Tiger to play in the CB GUI. However, I feel that
I have already paid twice for that engine, and quail at the thought of paying
for it yet a third time ... for exactly the same engine! I have gotten Deep
Sjeng 1.5 to work in the Fritz 8 GUI, since it's a UCI engine. How about Chess
Tiger 15? Is there a way to make the non-CB version work there? Do I really
have to pay a third time for the same engine?

I respect the programmers and the wonderful work they do, and I certainly never
begrudge them their rightful license fees. But to pay 3 times for the exact
same engine is a bit much. To make it worse, I already have the CB GUI and the
500,000+ games that I got with Fritz 8 and and Hiarcs 9, and I will pay for yet
again if I order the CT15/CB version. Groan....
