There is Gerard presenting the 1999 winner with a $5000 check
outside of the Marshall chess club.

The good old days.

I came in second place, drat.

Took me a year to regain the title.

Then the good old disputes happened. And what happened during this
restructing after the former web admin went beserk?

You get to stare at that page for months with nothing happening.
From May of 2002 till whenever...the other partners wanted to
sit on their butts and just collect their profits from all of
my hard work, so of course I got rid of them.

And where are they now?

Curiously vacant from that archive are all of the interim
postings on the site, where it was announced that an internal
struggle for the highly profitable venture was taking place.

It is called greed. Some people let it rule their lives.

I always win in the endgame my friend.
