I got the same notice.  I decided that it was just some sort of right-hand /
left-hand issue.  I've been using v8 for a while.  With v7, and Crafty, the
P4 target made the code slower than the Piii target.  I now use PIV target
and it is a bit faster still...

I did not try to download the  recently updated 7.1 however, although several
7.1 updates were released.

I also noticed that the download filename seemed to be slightly inconsistent
with previous naming conventions, not that that means anything sinister,
necessarily...
