In way no way shape of form is the Senator rated 2300.  It is basically the the
Milano Pro in Wood.

Both Programs use the Fritz program that beat the DeepBlue prototype in 1995.

The Mephisto Risc destroyed the Milano's big brother "Atlanta" 24.5 to 15.5 -
same program with hash tables.  It just barely kept pace with Chess Tiger on
Plam 42 Mhz 9.5 to 10.5.  I seriously doubt that the Senator is even rated 2100
FIDE if that.
