Myself i've included the 1.e4 mainlines (and saved as Epd)in my comprehensive personal database(11 million positions), playing as 'Kec' on FICS; the endnodes i've re-evaluated with crafty, so i presume its no copyright violation. In fact my book is almost *never* choosing the complete NCO lines, maybe also as i havent included the sidelines (footnotes) yet; besides that, believe it or not, i have found some improvements to NCO (dont know which edition you are referring to, though). But indeed its a lot of work; i was planning to do the same with the d4 variants, but havent bothered yet. Maybe we can exchange some data ? regards, jef
