But when i download it and learned the rules, i found it very good. In fact i like it very very much. Now it's one of my 16-17 favourite games. I really suggest to anyone to learn about it. One question? How strong is the program you have in comparison with a human? I mean a player like me who just yesterday learned the rules, is it reasonable to have 2 wins 1 draw and 6 loses? Is it bad or good? One suggestion: Remove the statements: "Once the Queens have come off of the board, the game tends to be drawish" and "The second strongest piece, the Rook, does not come into play until the end of the game." from your page. The first is wrong, the second is actually not something bad, for chess. Anyway i think that this variant of chess can't and should not replace chess. There is room for everything. And people must NOT compare chess with gothic chess and say chess is better or gothic chess is better, simply because anyone can define "better" with millions of different ways. If you define "better" according to the complexity of the game then gothic is better, but this definition is a personal choise.
