No.

People will tell you - as always when that question arises - that you can
convert an .OBK book using some tool and/or the Fritz opening book conversion.
This doesn't work either, also not for CM8000 books, but produces garbage!
Forget that.

There are several alternatives.

If you don't mind when King would have a slight time disadvantage (sometimes) in
games, than maybe you want to use my 5moves.ctg for it. It's 10 plies deep and
very carefully created (but does not include expert book tuning though using
opening theory etc.). For example, it has learned from 30.000 (!) computer
games. The King engine is capable of playing the early opening itself very good
IMO... may even bring the opponent into trouble with it's often mentioned gambit
ideas.

Of course it would be "somewhat risky", facing a large high quality book with
that short book. In general, I recommend it only for "book-neutral" matches
where the engines use identical books.

So also Kurt & Rolf's tournament where that book is used by all engines. King
3.23 SKR performes very good there:
