Subject: Why are hand played games different?

When I play hand operated games on 2 comps...next to each other.
CM9000 has beaten Shredder 704 6 out of 8 games.

I now have CM9000 in the Chessbase Gui as Uci, and Shredder is
crushing CM9000....Why such a difference?
