Shredder 7 (classic GUI) has a triple brain feature, which will allow 2 engines
to evaluate the same position.

Alternatively, you could go to tools -> analysis -> compare analysis, and you
cna setup multiple engines to evaluate a game.  This is pretty cool.  Ultimately
it produces what you want, although not in the fashion you're looking for.
