Not really.  You are probably not familiar with ICC ratings.  The rating
level there is ridiculously inflated compared to all other rating systems
in the known universe.  Most GMs have ratings far above 3000.  Right
now, the highest blitz rating belongs to GM Mamedyarov Shariyar, who
is rated 3462.  His FIDE rating is 2646.

On ICC, a 2725 blitz rating is rather ordinary.
