Why do you think a dual PII300 equals to a PIII600?
It simply won't scale 2:1. Moreover it seems, you
abused ChessFuns rating list for your theory, because
the best Crafty in her list is 18.13 with 2507 (+42-53).
Do you really think Crafty 19.09 improved by some hundreds
points to suddenly justify a '28.5 : 9.5'?
