Fritz 8 scored 7.5 out of 14 possible, while Deep Fritz 7 scored 9 out of
14 possible. This 1.5 point is not a significant difference at all, to say that
Fritz 8 didn't do well at the tournament, due to the very little number
of games played.

If instead you played 140 games and Fritz 8 had 75 points and Deep Fritz 7
had 90, then this difference would mean that Fritz 8 didn't perform well in the
tournament, although the %-performance would be the same.
