I had worked on KBNK before the release of Chess Tiger 14 (actually the goal was
to allow Chess Tiger for PalmOS to win this endgame).
I had not checked KBBK and thought that Chess Tiger would find the win easily. I
discovered after the release of CT14 that it was not the case. Oops.
So I fixed that in Chess Tiger 15. Without tablebase, CT15 is able to win this
endgame at ply depth 3 or 4 (that means instant play) against a program with
unlimited time and tablebase access.
So I think these problems are definitely solved.
