I agree that in a limited number of games anything can happen. Like flipping a coin where Heads should come up 5 times out of ten but sometimes it could be 8-1 then 2-8 etc., but in then end over a large number it should average out to close to where it should be. Bit, in many Engine Tournaments that I have run, it seems that Fritz 8 just has not scored as well as one would expect. Im fact, in a game 2/1 tournament, Fritz 8 was losing many games agaist Ruffian 1.0.1. With the win loss result being quite lopsided at that. I just expected more out of Fritz 8. Especially based on all the hype.
