Gian, I hope my next questions is not to bad but I don't understand it perfectly. Could you give me again two little helps: Question 1: Windows XP: Hyperthreading = off (Bios) Eng-Eng with ponder MT=1 for SMP Eng right / wrong (hyperthreading = off for XP) 2003 = Hyperthreading = on (Bios) Eng-Eng with ponder MT=1 for SMP Eng right / wrong /(hyperthreading = on for 2003) *** Without ponder I can play: *** Question 2: XP = Crafty - Deep Sjeng with hyperthreading = off (Bios) and 2 real processors if I set ponder = off! right / wrong (if wrong I can set hypertheading = on and have 2 real and 2 virtual processors) 2003 = Crafty - Deep Sjeng with hyperthreading = on (Bios) and 2 real / 2 virtual processors if I set ponder = off! right / wrong (if wrong I can set hyperthreading = off and have 2 real processors). You other answers are clear for me! Thanks for your helps! Best Frank >-- >GCP
