I have been on the receiving end of it, so here is what I can report. You are up
2 pieces or more, your opponent has about 10 seconds left, you have like 80% of
the time control left.

They take 80% of the time control, and should have long since timed out, but
they don't time out, there clock stands still.

Only somehow they "sent" the move to the host computer, their timer is not
advancing, but yours is, only you do not see it!

Somehow they simulate network throughput lag, delaying the decrementing of your
timer, and not showing their own move.

The result? You used up all of YOUR OWN TIME, they made the worst move on the
board, and your flag falls!

These rat bastards should be chained to a steam pipe in hell.
