In anticipation of the next version of ChessTiger (16?), I've started to look around at the newer, faster Palms, both Palm and Sony models. Any idea when ChessTiger will be ready? Also, I noticed that the Palm Zire 71 runs at 128MHz (or about that), while a Sony model runs about 200MHz. But the processors are different. I think the sony uses Intel XScale, and the Palm uses something else. If you assume equal processor speeds in terms of MHz, is there a reason to believe one processor will be better than another?
