When I converted this a while back from some other format to LaTeX, the converter turned my tables (TBL for troff/groff users) into .gif files. I then converted those to ASCII, and when I copied them back into the raw document, I botched the name and copied table 2 twice. I fixed it this morning, and at least verified that the other tables were not duplicated, although I did not scrutinize every number to make sure that another accidental editing error had not occurred. All the speedup numbers matched my original handwritten notes for the paper, so they are verified as correct. I did not verify the individual position speedup numbers nor nodes or times.
