I rebuilt them a while back, for no good reason other than when someone asked me what the options to book build were, I couldn't recall. I think the current command was book create enormous.pgn 60 10 to make it simple... No idea why books.bin and bookc.bin might have changed, unless someone complained that some particular opening was not getting played and I added it for them.
