I don't have any high quality commercial databases. I have now about 3 million games downloaded from Dann Corbit. I cannot really remember, if the statisics in that link was from those games. The other alternative would have been the free part of Chesslib (? IIRC), where I downloaded once the database in Scid format and converted it to PGN (my code can only read PGN like formats).
