Hi, I just got rebel 9, and was having some trouble with the analysis mode. It seems that I cannot get the engine to stop thinking/displaying it's PV. Let's say I enter analysis mode for a game I am examining. I play out a variation, and then attempt to exit analysis mode by selecting player vs. player. This should stop the engine (according to the manual), but it does not. Has anyone encountered this before? I am running on a 300Mhz. PII, Aopen MB with 64MB RAM. Bob P.
