Yes, but the math doesn't support that. IE 50% time handicap means that the program is maybe 50 rating points better. That would _very_ generously turn into a 60% winning probability. Compute .6^N where N= number of rounds to see how tough it would be to win all games. Or use N-2 for winning all but 2 games. The odds are not very good...
