Since Hiarcs 4.0 we provided the software with the ability to install 99 times. Yes, we sometimes had customers who's disks went faulty - we replaced them FOC. Let me ask you, if you brought a computer and 4 years later it went wrong, would you expect the "producer" of the computer to replace it? I certainly would not.
