Ok, I don't know whether there is already a FAQ within the CCC, and who has the "power" to make one, but if there is none -I'm not aware of any, at least-, I think it'd be a good idea to include one. I've seen many questions repeated again and again by new members, and always the same people giving the same answers. I'm sure we could all contribute a little bit, decide when a question is being posted too often, and include it in a FAQ page. Let's say... a question such "My perft tests show a wrong number. How can I find a bug in my move generator?". We could include more than one suggestion, of course. I hope not a lot of people disagree on this, but a reasonable good answer for this question would be to download a program like "Sharper" (or any other similar one) with a function that displays the total sub-nodes for every available move for a given position, and track the error reducing the depth every time... etc. I think it'd be a good idea for beginners, so they can find the information that they need in an organized way, and to leave the forum for new, innovative and challenging questions (too much hope here, anyway). Let me know what you think. Regards, Jaime
