In the good old days when I did my brilliant Fortran programming, there were no CDs and no installation wizards. While waking up from my daily afternoon nap a few minutes ago, I started thinking about the installation wizard I used yesterday to install Shredder 8 onto my computer. I am very naive but not so much so as to think that the CD contains source code. But maybe it does not contain an executable either? What IS on the CD? Would someone please enlighten me as to what comes on a chess program CD and how does the task of an installation wizard differ from that of a compiler? I know this is a dumb question. Please humor me. : ) Bob D.
