I did not prove that white wins a pan but there are a lot of lines that white can do it. Here is one line when white win the pawn at move 20: Some moves like 10...Ke8 seem bad but these moves were suggested by yace when it played manually against itself and after 10..Ke7 white can also win the pawn when the idea is to play Kg3-h4 in the right time when the king is too far to protect the pawn. 6..Kg5 also does not help because the rook can tell the black king to go backward.
