ok you need to computers. you will connect them via their serial ports.
one computer runs fritz. the other runs chessnet software and is connected to
the internet.
on the fritz side, you elect to use auto 232 interface option. that way fritz
gets it's opponents moves from the serial cable. This is a setup commonly used
for machine vs machine matches.
Sarah--chessfun-- has provided a german language link for the chess dot net side
which should help you pass the fritz move information back to the server.

ps i suggest that you use the beter machine for fritz and the slower (older cpu)
machine to connect to the internet.
