I am not sure about it but even if you are right it does not prove nothing about uscf rating. Rating cannot give information about ability to play with knight odd because players never do it in tournaments. It may be an interesting question what rating can get the best players(humans or machines) with knight odd against humans. Maybe some programmers can tell their program to sacrifice a knight or a bishop in every game in the opening by means like 1.e4 e5 2.Ba6 to make games against humans more interesting. It may be interesting what rating programs can get on ICC if they are forced to sacrifice knight or bishop in one of the first moves. I do not find it as amazing(winning with knight advantage is not an easy task and I believe that the best chess program can get Fide rating of more than 1900 even if they are forced to start every game without a knight).
