Subject: Pro - amateur -> commercial - free!

Sorry if this is old topic, but anyway.

I think we should get off from this "professional" program definition. There are
too much programs considered as professional, but they are not: Junior, Hiarcs,
Ruffian and Deep Sjeng for example. Better is to divide programs to free and
commercial - there is no problem to decide: it You must pay it's commercial.
