Hello everyone There is an interesting project to create a database that will be called MasterBase or any other name that the computer chess community will choose for it. It consists of assembling games of the Top engines to help developing computer chess, to make suitable opening Books from this database and to collect all these games not to let them remain private. The conditions concerning the choice, the engines involved, the Time Controls choosen ... are till now open for discussion. This project was thourougly discussed in " Le Forum du Fou". If u are interested in such a project please contact me via the following mail: ziedhaddad@lycos.co.uk There's till now about 100Mo free available space where to release these games. It's only for u to contact me and get the passwork to become a member of this community. I think that it's a good project. I wonder that some beta testers will join us by publishing some of the old games where old beta engines where tested !!
