XBoard with the -mg switch allows you to run more than one game.  If you want
to run 100 games between engine-1 and engine-2, do something like this:

xboard -fcp engine-1 -fd /path/to/engine-1/ -scp engine-2 -sd /path/to-engine-2/
-tc 4 -inc 2 -mg 100 &
