I find my version that I compiled is slightly faster than the version that Mike compiles and that is probably due to his added features of personalities. I have used Crafty all the way back to version 11 I think, and 19.9 is shaping up to be what we on the mailing list called a "gold" version. Some of the others were: 15.20 (especially at bullet/lightning games) 16.0 16.6 16.19 17.04 17.14 18.07 18.09 19.06 (This one is purely my opinion only. I found it to play extremely well) Peter.
