Subject: CCT6 point of order

I noticed a couple of unfamiliar (to me) programs in the list.  I believe we
have always restricted entry to those with some track record, in order to avoid
a "ringer" slipping in to cause trouble.  The programs are:

Adam Chess (not the same as Adam?)
Chiron (sounds familiar, but I couldn't find any info on it)

Apologies in advance if my memory's messed up.
