It looks one pawn down to me.  Black's threat is not great yet.

Material is one pawn advantage for white.  Usually, that is enough to win,
unless there is some excellent positional advantage.

Black's queen is unsupported and the white king has an escape square.  If you
had a black bishop or a well positioned knight, you might generate some heat.

On the other hand, it does not look lost for black either (there are still some
chances yet to amass material on white's king side).  If I were playing in this
position as black, I would not resign.

Of course, I am not a spectacular chess player either.  Maybe one of the really
good players can tell us more definatively.
