No sense for anyone to get upset about 'Created' date either. Right click, copy, paste, and there you go, a brand new creation date (restore from backup, copy from archive, ect...). Seems to me they are questioning 'Modified' date and if you have the CD you wouldn't generally question this, at least not until (possible) later editions come out. Even then it's better to go by 'Version' info but we know ChessBase (perhaps their engine authors) are not real great about filling this out or updating it. BK
