It is a good idea.

I think we should get as many game as we can separated in two database:

computer-comuter games
computer-human games

of maybe we could add a tag into the pgn header to indicate wich kind of game it
is.

As you said any time controls should be included and any engine's games, strong
or not (the engine).

If a elo rating is specified one could be able to discard the games of less
strong engines if he don't need/want them.
