Subject: I still need decriptions of FEN and epd notation -Url covered only pgn?

I am trying to find out how to create a chess position in various formats of
notation. FEN and EPD ...ect.
this:
http://www.clark.net/pub/pribiut/standard.txt url.

Seems to only provide some of the different forms of notation.
SAN covered, PGN covered--only.
ANY help would be nice
